*Job Overview* Weekdays and weekends required. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
*Job Hours*
Looking for someone who can do a mix of 12 & 8 Hours Shifts. Weekends would be 8AM-8PM (Saturday's & Sunday's) and Weekdays could be morning shifts like 8AM-4PM or Evening Shifts such as 1PM-9PM, 2PM-10PM or 3PM-11PM.
*Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Process reservations and cancellations accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest common areas after check out time daily - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
*Requirements* - Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications - Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality industry practices - Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50LBS
