We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their needs and is looking to be well compensated for their efforts and success.
*Position Overview*
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Miska?s full range of work and play trailers to both commercial and retail customers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, energetic, organized, and confident managing a high volume of inbound sales opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experience.
This role is well suited for someone with experience in the automotive, trailer, equipment, or related industries where you enjoy and have experience working with clients from many different trades and backgrounds.
*Key Responsibilities*
Manage and timely respond to a large volume of inbound leads and customer inquiries
Build strong relationships with commercial and retail customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate trailer solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within our CRM system
Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process
Stay fully engaged with Miska?s product lineup, features, options, and competitive advantages
Develop knowledge of competitor products and market trends
Work collaboratively with team members across sales, service, and production departments
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience from initial inquiry through final sale
*Qualifications & Experience*
Proven success in sales, preferably in the automotive, trailer, equipment, or related industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
Experience using CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on leads
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively with customers from a wide range of industries and trades
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
