About this role
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining your section of line - keeping an eye on table ingredient levels, FIFO, prep levels, etc.
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and ability to consistently meet menu standards.
- Consistently adhere to adhering to all Health and Safety and St.Louis Standards.
- Punctually arrive to work positive attitude.
Basic experience is required.
DAYTIME AND EVENING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.
MUST BE TEAM WORKER AND MOTIVATED .
Some late nights required.
