We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, as you will be engaging with clients to identify their needs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, website chat, emails, and social media. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new leads through exceptional customer service. * Book meetings with clients to showcase our offerings for the Outside Sales Team. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop targeted campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services. * Achieve and exceed monthly and KPIs. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries promptly.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficient in LinkedIn. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
