Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with diverse clients and values a collaborative, client-centred approach.
Responsibilities
? Provide individual counselling to children, adolescents, adults, and/or couples (depending on experience).
? Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
? Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
? Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
*Qualifications*
? Current registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia.
? Professional liability insurance.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
? Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, neurodiversity, or family counselling.
Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
