About this role

*Responsibilities:*

* Answer inbound calls to accurately book appointments * Assist with office administration * Manage patient scheduling, billing and utilizing computer software * Organizing and maintaining the office space * Help with patient education

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing multi-line phone systems, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems. *Qualifications*

* Strong computer skills with data entry and clerical experience * Excellent customer service and phone etiquette * Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations * Relevant experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
