Executive Assistant / Project Co ordinatorHelp Turn Big Ideas into Reality

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to become the right hand of a busy entrepreneur.

This isn't your typical administrative position. Every day is different. One minute you may be organizing schedules and responding to emails, and the next you could be helping launch a marketing campaign, managing social media, coordinating projects, or keeping multiple businesses running smoothly.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and loves turning ideas into action, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

* Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules * Handle incoming emails and prioritize communications * Maintain and organize client databases and CRM systems * Assist with social media content, posting, and engagement * Help coordinate marketing campaigns and business projects * Research information and solve problems independently * Keep projects organized and ensure deadlines are met * Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reports * Communicate with clients, suppliers, and business partners professionally * Help bring new ideas and business opportunities to life

What We're Looking For

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and writing skills * Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms * Able to multitask and manage changing priorities * Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision * Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills * Comfortable working both remotely and from our Calgary office as needed * A problem solver who enjoys finding solutions rather than waiting for instructions

Bonus Skills

* Experience with CRM software * Graphic design or Canva experience * Basic video editing * Social media marketing * AI tools such as ChatGPT * Real estate, construction, or marketing experience
