Why You?ll Love Working Here:- Competitive base salary with commission structure.- Comprehensive training on our products, services, and industry practices.- Opportunity for career growth and development.- Supportive team environment and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the dental industry.- Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and more.Who you?ll work with:- You will be working within the Sales organization alongside colleagues within Inside Sales, Field Sales and Customer service.What You?ll Do:- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products, services, and industry trends to effectively advise clients and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into sales and upselling products as appropriate.- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and keep the company competitive.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.What You?ll Bring:- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.- Strong knowledge of dental products, equipment, or services is a plus.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information.- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing customer needs.Technical Skills- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.- Fluent proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written. Compensation Range: $55K ? $65K CADThe pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs. Remote Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives...
