*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. *Duties*
* Perform cleaning and debris removal to prepare sites for restoration work * Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively * Assist with structural repairs and reconstruction tasks as needed * Use specialized restoration techniques to mitigate damage and restore property integrity * Document work progress and communicate effectively with team members and clients * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects * Assist in mold remediation, water extraction, and drying processes as required * Support project timelines by efficiently completing assigned tasks
*Experience*
* Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is preferred but not required; training will be provided * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality assurance * Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * WRT Certification * Spanish speaking an asset * IICRC Certifications an asset * Willing to work after hours when required * able to lift 50Lbs * Clean driving record a must * Clean police check a must

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
