*Job Overview* We are seeking a ebike and Bicycle Mechanic to assemble. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bicycles and possess strong mechanical skills to ensure bikes are maintained, repaired, and optimized for performance. *Duties*
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on a variety of bicycle models * Perform repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, and chain replacements * Assemble new bicycles from parts and components according to manufacturer specifications * Conduct safety inspections to ensure bikes meet quality standards before customer pickup or sale * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and parts are properly stored * Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly * Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for each bicycle
*Skills*
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various bicycle components * Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tire levers * Experience using power tools safely and effectively in a repair setting * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills to explain technical issues to customers effectively
