*POSITION SUMMARY*

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing including picking orders, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Associate will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

*General Duties*:

* Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior customer service to ECCO?scustomers so they will want to do repeat business with ECCO Supply * Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees * Read and comply with ECCO?s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures * Read and comply with ECCO?s Human Resources Policies and Procedures * Assist in the success of ECCO?s Safety Program with suggestions and by setting a good example,also by ensuring that safety is at the forefront of your actions while at work * Adhere to shipping and receiving policies, procedures and regulatory compliance procedures * Receive all manufacturing and resale products accurately in a timely fashion and in compliance with ECCO?s receiving procedures * Maintain the warehouse, receiving areas, and yard in a clean and organized manner; fill pick bins as necessary and as directed * Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment * Pick/ship goods to customers in an efficient and accurate manner * Ensure proper documentation is supplied with each shipment; this includes packing, sealing, and labeling materials to prepare for shipping * Fill out/prepare picking tickets * Assist with loading trailers, preparing and shipping LTL orders as necessary * Ensure warehouse is appropriately stocked at all times * Report any maintenance requirements, accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately to your supervisor * Participate in yearly inventory count * Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* High school diploma or equivalent * Must have forklift experience * Physically capable of lifting up to 50lb * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment; as well as ability to work within a team * Strong sense of time organization and urgency * Good written and verbal communication skills * Desire to be a long term employee and contribute to the company?s overall success

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
