*Duties*
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy regulations including OAT medications * Provide medication counseling and education to patients, ensuring understanding of proper usage, potential side effects, and interactions * Review patient medication profiles for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, and allergies * Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans and provide minor ailments services * Maintain accurate documentation of prescriptions, patient records, and inventory management * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and safety standards * Assist in managing medication inventory, including ordering, storage, and expiration tracking * Participate in patient care activities such as immunization administration and support when applicable
*Skills*
* Proven experience as a Pharmacist with current licensure in Ontario * Community experience or retail experience is highly desirable * Familiarity with OAT medications and patient care considerations * Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams * Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail * Compassionate approach with a focus on patient safety and quality care * Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare protocols and technology systems

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
