*Responsibilities*
* Perform collision repairs on vehicles, including bodywork, frame straightening, and component replacement * Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to carry out repairs with precision * Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with manufacturer standards * Conduct mechanical repairs as needed, including minor engine or suspension work * Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations before vehicle return * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency * Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress and timelines * Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations during repair procedures
*Requirements*
* Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background preferred * Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques * Prior mechanic experience is highly desirable * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately * Physical ability to lift heavy parts and perform manual tasks for extended periods * Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
