Seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for our office in Stony Plain. We are a caring, friendly office with a patient centered team.
The successful candidate will possess
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional customer service qualities * Dental office experience with Dentrix and RecallMax an asset * Self motivated, organized and a team player * Proficiency in overseeing the schedule, booking and confirming appointments * Calling insurance companies and submitting predeterminations * Checking emails, answering and making phone calls including recalls
