Job description:
Specific responsibilities include using a POS system, answering customer questions, and potentially stocking items.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
* *Customer Service:*Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and helpful service is crucial. * *Order Taking and Processing:*Using a POS system to enter orders accurately, processing payments (cash, credit, debit), and issuing receipts are essential tasks. * *Product Knowledge:*Understanding the menu, new items, and promotions is important for making recommendations and answering customer questions. * *Cleanliness and Organization:*Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is expected. * *Teamwork:*Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. * *Flexibility:*Being able to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. * *Basic Math Skills:*Accurately calculating bills and making change. * *Food Safety and Sanitation:*Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
