Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC, as a Sales & Merchandising Account Manager (Ecommerce) at Delmar Jewelers. In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Managing key accounts * Developing and implementing sales strategies * Building and nurturing strong client relationships * Analyzing market trends * Optimizing product assortments * Driving sales growth
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and products, contributing to Delmar's continued success in the jewelry industry.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in sales, account management, or merchandising * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Detailed Job DescriptionGeneral Function
As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will manage established accounts, primarily focusing on U.S. retailers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting detailed sales analysis * Crafting compelling product proposals * Overseeing the entire product life cycle * Delivering exceptional customer service
You will receive comprehensive training and support, although prior experience in e-commerce or merchandising is preferred.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree * Previous product or merchandising experience * Strong analytical skills * Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Excel * Outstanding report-writing and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask and proactively address challenges * Capable of working both independently and collaboratively * Exceptional customer service skills * Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. * Fluent in English, both written and verbal

* Prior experience or understanding of the e-commerce market * Knowledge of the jewelry industry
Work Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM (1/2 hour lunch break) * Friday: 9 AM - 2 PM/3 PM (seasonal variation) * Potential Sunday hours during holidays or peak periods
