Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Recruit and hire staff. Arrange training for staff. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
