About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Disinfect operating rooms and other areas. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
