Your Tasks
Support the review and administration of market data vendor agreements, including licensing terms and usage rights. Monitor policy updates from exchanges and data vendors and assist in implementing necessary changes internally Work closely with Legal, IT, and business teams to clarify data usage questions Support vendor onboarding processes and coordinate required documentation Assist with reporting, invoice checks, and audit preparations Maintain internal documentation, contract repositories and usage tracking records Contribute to improving internal processes and knowledge sharing related to market data
Your Profile
Initial experience in market data services, exchange/vendor management, financial services or a related field Interest in market data licensing, exchange policies and compliance topics Basic understanding of financial markets and data usage concepts (e.g. licensing, redistribution, usage rights) Structured and detail-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Comfortable working with documentation, reports, and technical systems Fluent in English (German is a strong plus) Legal authorization to work in Germany
