You will have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and an up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and Code of Practice. Qualifications Essential
To qualify for the Divisional Clinical Lead role, candidates need to be ambitious Registered Nurses with active NMC registration. Experience in both care home and hospital settings is essential, as is a history of working as a clinical mentor. A profound understanding of current healthcare regulatory requirements and up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and its Code of Practice are crucial. Strong analytical abilities, along with excellent relationship-building skills and leadership that can drive action plans and deliver impressive results, are also essential to succeeding in this role.
