About the role:
We are seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to work within the Finance suite of programmes. The suite recruits approximately a third of all admitted Business School students each year and has a large international representation.
What you would be doing:
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of effective and efficient administrative support to the Finance suite of programmes ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the modules throughout the academic year.
Sharing our enthusiasm and ambition to deliver programmes of the highest quality, you will have proven experience of supporting a variety of stake-holders; of managing a demanding workload effectively and of responding flexibly to opportunities and challenges as they arise.
What we are looking for:
Degree or equivalent related experience Experience of office administration Demonstrable computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as the ability to learn new software systems Interested in business/business education Reliable and responsible with excellent time-keeping Good personal organisation and effective time management skills Able to work independently and take initiative to deal with unforeseen problems and circumstances Effective written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, with students and staff Able to work under pressure during peak/term time A flexible approach to working, able to work evenings on occasion

This is a full time and open-ended position, based at South Kensington/White City campus (hybrid).
