Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is hiring dedicated and dependable individuals for Metalizing Operator positions in Gray Court, SC. Pay Rate: $15/hour, $2.50 shift premium for second and third shift. Hours: First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, M-F) Second Shift (3:00 pm - 11: pm, M-F) Third Shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am, M-F) Responsibilities : Visual inspection of metallized and plated ceramic parts using a microscope. Perform metallization screen-printing / hand painting and associated operations. Hand paint insulators Visual inspection of metallized parts as required. Maintain lot identity and appropriate paperwork. Ability to work in a team environment. Read blueprints. Requirements : Inspection experience using a microscope. Experience operating small equipment. Ability and desire to learn and perform metallization application processes and operations.
