Run scripted health-check interviews via WhatsApp & phone. Tag each account: Reached/Unreached, Happy/Neutral/Unhappy, Expansion/Retention/At-Risk. Log findings & assign action plans from a fixed catalogue. Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales rep, Implementation, Incubation, Finance) until each action is closed. Maintain master tracking sheet, daily/weekly. Escalate per matrix when blockers arise. Requirements: Prior internship in customer service, telesales, or BPO.
