Looking for Senior Project Manager for Kool Home Builders Pvt , Cochin , Kerala B Tech with 20 yrs of experience and 8 yrs of experiece in the Project Manager role Will be reporting to Asst Vice President -Projects Responsible of leading multiple, multi-disciplinary projects as Project Execution head of few projects Multiple projects includes Central and state Govt Institutions / Private High rise Buildings / Projects of KMRL Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project as and when require Confers with project managers to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses as per schedule and within the prescribed budget Be an integral part in controlling and monitoring the cost for the timely completion of the projects Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
