Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (M.Com/MBA Finance preferred), or CA Intermediate qualification. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and bank transactions. Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations. Manage vendor payments and verify supporting documents, invoices, and approvals. Coordinate with project/site teams for accounting documentation, expense statements, and cost records. Monitor project-wise expenses, budgets, and cost allocations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other external professionals. Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of audit schedules. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records and supporting documents. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collection of payments. Verify employee reimbursements, petty cash expenses, and other financial claims. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal control procedures. Support management by providing accurate financial data, reports, and analysis for decision-making. Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.
