As part of the Multilingual Production Line of Business, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers to learn the ins and outs of international content management. Primary Responsibilities (What you will learn & support with): Assist in coordinating multilingual projects in a bustling, deadline-driven environment. Support communication between clients in English-speaking markets and our multinational internal teams. Participate in the quality control of English content across a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and formats. Assist in the creation and curation of editorial briefs, style guides, and terminology glossaries. Help ensure that final copy strictly adheres to the client’s desired tone of voice and brand image. Learn the basics of project profitability, tracking budgets, and coordinating delivery deadlines. Support the team in managing and coordinating workflows with external copywriters, translators, and proofreaders. Desired Profile Recent graduate in Translation, Linguistics, Journalism, Communication, or a related field (> EN). Language Skills: English (native/bilingual speaker level required) and a solid working knowledge of French . Secondary or higher education in an English-speaking country is highly valued. Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English, with a sharp eye for detail. Eager to learn, proactive, adaptable, and a true team player who enjoys dynamic, multicultural environments. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools. Curiosity about new technologies and AI tools; experience or familiarity with Trados Studio is a big plus .
