Your Profile Supporting the Voucher Sales team in managing day-to-day client requirements and campaign execution. Coordinating with partner brands for voucher onboarding, offer creation, and campaign launches. Assisting in client communication, follow-ups, and servicing requests to ensure timely resolution. Supporting the setup, testing, and validation of offers before they go live. Tracking campaign performance and preparing MIS, sales reports, and client updates. Coordinating with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution. Maintaining client databases, offer trackers, and sales documentation. Assisting in resolving operational issues and delivering a seamless client experience. Adhering to assigned timelines and processes for the successful completion of projects and internship deliverables. Your Checklist Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of sales, client servicing, and campaign management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
