Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team.
You should ideally have experience in a Healthcare environment as you will be required to meet and greet patients.

Main duties of the job
A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Educated to a minimum of A level or NVQ 3 equivalent (relevant experience will be taken into consideration). Well organised and self-disciplined. Good time management capability. Willing to learn. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good writing skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to work alone. Positive attitude to change. Ability to work under pressure. Good Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook. Clean driving license. Desirable:
Clinical Degree. Experience in healthcare. Audit experience. Knowledge and understanding of external regulatory standards. Healthcare professional. Knowledge and understanding of Clinical Research trials and required documentation.
