We’re looking for a Junior GRC & Privacy Engineer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.
What You’ll DoParticipate in client workshops and requirement-gathering activities related to Privacy, GRC, Data Governance, Security Assurance, Ethics & Compliance;Support the design and implementation of privacy, risk management, compliance and ethics workflows;Contribute to documentation including flows, policies, procedures, risk registers and control mappings;Perform basic assessments (risk, privacy, vendor, compliance) under senior guidance.Participate in testing, validation and configuration activities within GRC/Privacy platforms;Collaborate with the team to produce templates, deliverables and methodology asset;Assist in the preparation of pre-sales materials: slides, scopes, checklists and demo preparation.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring1–2 years of experience in GRC, privacy, information security or compliance (consulting or enterprise environment).;Basic understanding of GDPR, privacy principles, risk management, compliance and security governance;Familiarity with concepts such as controls, risks, policies, assessments, vendor due diligence, privacy operations and data governance;Strong documentation and writing skills;Consulting-oriented mindset with willingness to interact with clients, support workshops and contribute to solution design;Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving;Familiarity with GRC/Privacy tools (exposure to OneTrust is a nice-to-have but not mandatory);Willingness to learn GRC/Privacy platforms and develop consulting capabilities;Very strong team spirit, willingness to learn and ability to support a collaborative culture;Growth mindset and willingness to progress into a more senior consulting/engineering role;Bachelor’s or Master’s degree e from a reputable university in a relevant discipline.
