We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class B Box Truck Driver to join our team for local deliveries within the Houston, TX area. This role is ideal for a driver who enjoys being home daily, working with a supportive logistics team, and delivering excellent service to our clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Operate a 24–26 ft. box truck in a safe and professional manner. Pick up and deliver goods to various locations in the Greater Houston area. Load and unload freight using a liftgate, pallet jack, or manually when needed. Ensure timely deliveries while complying with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Handle freight with care to prevent damage during transit.
Requirements: Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean MVR and background check. Minimum 3 year of experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle preferred. Familiarity with the Houston metro area and surrounding neighborhoods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual loading/unloading when necessary. Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication.
$19.00-$20.00 hr DOE
