Job Title: Boilermaker (2 Openings)Location: Orla, TX 79770 Project Duration: March 22 – March 28 (7 Days) Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (1 Day Shift / 1 Night Shift)
Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $28 – $35/hour (DOE) Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day Per Diem: $75/day (for candidates residing 75+ miles from jobsite) Travel & Lodging: Fully provided and covered by the company
Job Overview1 Resource Group is seeking two experienced Boilermakers for a short-term industrial project in Orla, Texas. This role will support work on brazed aluminum heat exchangers in a heavy industrial environment. Candidates will primarily assist welders and contribute to overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities Assist welders with tools, materials, and equipment Support installation and maintenance of brazed aluminum heat exchangers Perform general boilermaker duties in an industrial construction setting Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (including FR clothing) Participate in project setup and required safety training
Schedule Travel Date: Saturday, March 21 Setup & Safety Training: Sunday, March 22 Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts through March 28
Requirements
Qualifications 5–10 years of boilermaker experience required Experience in heavy industrial or industrial construction environments Ability to work long hours in physically demanding conditions Must provide and wear fire-retardant (FR) clothing TWIC card not required
Additional Details Company covers travel and hotel accommodations Per diem provided for qualified candidates based on distance Overtime paid daily after 8 hours
