Descriptif missionSafran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem & Steenokkerzeel, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. The company is a key player in the integrated CFM international MRO network. With more than 75 years of experience, and up to 20 international Part 145 certifications (EASA/ FAA/ CAAC/ ...), Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is recognized as a worldwide center of expertise in the air transport industry. More than a 100 airlines, lessors, private aircraft operators and MRO partners have entrusted their engines to our company. We employ over 500 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees. As part of our growth, we are looking for a PSO Technician (m/f) to strengthen our team. Your role: o You draft, update, and translate technical work documents, ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations and manufacturer guidelines; o You analyze technical information obtained from the manufacturer or the customer and integrate it into the ERP system; o You support the PSO department in the implementation and industrialization of new repair or assembly/disassembly/cleaning and inspection procedures; o You provide technical support to workshops, both theoretically and practically, and seek solutions to prevent delays in the production process; o You draft and internally communicate information regarding experience feedback, such as incidents, adjustments, and improved work instructions, aimed at production; o You provide technical support to the quality department during investigations into the causes of deviations; o You lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, both within the technical department and in other services (operations - supply chain); o You coordinate and implement improvements to current work methods and introduce new technologies.
