About the job:
To coordinate the delivery of a high volume of smaller concurrent projects across customer-facing and internal workstreams. The role requires a self-sufficient, organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate project records, and keep activity progressing with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple smaller projects from initiation through to completionMaintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updatesLiaise with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure projects remain on scheduleMonitor actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-upPrepare and maintain project documentation, records, and reportingSupport project meetings, record actions, and track completion of agreed tasksCommunicate clearly and professionally on project progress, blockers, and next stepsEscalate issues where appropriate and resolve routine coordination matters independentlyUse AI tools to support administration, documentation, reporting, and answering technical questions from clientsRequirements
Previous experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a similar roleStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood attention to detail and accurate record keepingAbility to prioritise work and follow tasks through to completionConfident using workplace systems and digital toolsPractical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to improve efficiency and support day-to-day workDesirable Skills and Experience
