Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own and scale the creator affiliate program across a portfolio of consumer brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for discovering, recruiting, and managing TikTok Shop affiliates, building strong creator relationships, and driving consistent revenue through high-performing creator partnerships. You will work closely with creators, manage affiliate outreach and communications, track performance metrics, and foster engaged creator communities.

Responsibilities:
Affiliate Discovery & Outreach
Identify and recruit high-potential TikTok Shop affiliates using tools such as Euka, Kalodata, and FastmossExecute targeted outreach campaigns to onboard new creatorsBuild audience segments and automated outreach flows within EukaReview and manage inbound sample requests from creatorsCoordinate and track high-volume product sample distribution
Analytics & CRM Management
Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaignsMaintain and organize a comprehensive affiliate CRM to track creator relationships, outreach history, and performance
Relationship & Community Management
Manage daily communication with affiliates and respond to creator inquiriesBuild strong long-term relationships with top-performing creatorsManage creator communities on WhatsApp and DiscordConduct weekly creator calls to align on campaigns and updatesDrive engagement through community posts, challenges, and interactive contentDesign and manage creator contests and incentives to encourage performance and participationPerformance Optimization & Growth
Conduct regular audits of TikTok Shop brand accounts and affiliate programs to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization (including product positioning, creator mix, commission structures, and content performance) Host 1:1 coaching sessions with affiliates to improve content quality, conversion rates, and overall performance within TikTok Shop Requirements
Must-Have
Hands-on experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop, including a strong understanding of the platform’s creator ecosystemProficiency with TikTok Affiliate Center — managing affiliate links, commissions, and performance dashboardsWorking knowledge of Euka for affiliate segmentation, outreach automation, and workflow buildingExperience using Kalodata and/or Fastmoss for affiliate research and competitive analysisComfortable using Google Forms for creator intake, surveys, and campaign managementExperience running and moderating communities on WhatsApp and Discord
