Job Title: Warehouse and Order Management Associate Job Type: Full-time/ Remote Work Hours: EU Hours
Job Overview: We’re helping our client find a Warehouse and Order Management Associate to support order management, warehousing, freight coordination, and crisis management—particularly for Shopify operations. In this role, you will handle daily operational execution, ensure smooth logistics processes, and support cross-functional coordination to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities: EU/UK Warehouse and Order management Order management Crisis management - Shopify NetSuite Transactions - Item receipts, assembly builds, transfer orders. Warehouse receiving of finished goods. Daily receiving reporting. PR/Internal order processing and management. Cross functional communication with Merit personnel and warehouses/shipping carriers. Daily freight tracking with status reporting. Warehousing and freight coordination Potential additional duties depending on bandwidth.
Requirements
Must-Have: International and US domestics freight management experience including ocean, air, and road International CPG experience Familiarity with NetSuite Experience with Proficient in English (verbal and written) Ability to support EU Timezone (Netherlands) Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Docs/Drive - especially with Excel/Sheets. Ability to work PT. Hours for training: EST moving to 7am - 11am everyday ET Comfortable to speak on the phone (may need Google telephone # to call small parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, DPD, DHL, etc.)
Nice-to-Have: General Beauty experience preferred French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch a plus
