The Video Editor, Paid Social will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team, focusing on creating high-performing, engaging video content tailored for paid social advertising. This role requires strong creative and strategic thinking, an in-depth understanding of social media platforms, and exceptional video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective video concepts and edits for all paid social channels—including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more—prioritizing performance and audience engagement.
What You’ll Do
Develop and edit high performing, engaging video content tailored for paid social advertising across all relevant channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and moreCollaborate with the Growth Marketing team to devise and execute strategic video campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and overall performanceOptimize video content for maximum performance on paid social channels by implementing creative tests, while implementing paid social best practicesEnsure all video content aligns with the organization's goals and objectives while prioritizing channel performance Contribute to cross-functional creative ideation and development, providing insights on video trends, platform specific performance nuances, and effective storytelling frameworksWork quickly and efficiently, both independently as well as part of a collaborative teamRequirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in video edition for paid social, with a proven track record for creating high performing video contentProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant softwaresComprehensive understanding of social media platforms and best practices of video content per each platform, specifically for paid socialDemonstrated ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically with a results oriented mindset and a focus on campaign performance and KPIs. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working both independently and within a team Comfortable with fast paced, quick moving environments
