About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer with a strong eye for detail and a drive for creating engaging, high-performing digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in email design and enjoys developing creative concepts for social media across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Social Media manager, and Growth Marketing partners to bring ideas to life that are both high-performing and visually compelling.
What You’ll Do
Design visually engaging, on-brand email campaigns including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional emails
Create and concept social media creative across channels (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop design systems and templates that scale across email and social
Partner with copywriters and marketers to translate ideas into effective digital creative
Ensure designs follow best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
Iterate on designs based on performance data, A/B testing results, and stakeholder feedback
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on email design
Proven experience concepting and designing social media campaigns
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
Strong understanding of email design best practices (accessibility, responsive design, dark mode, deliverability considerations)
Knowledge of social platform specs, trends, hooks, and creative formats
Ability to balance creativity with business and performance goals
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio that demonstrates email design, social concepting, and campaign thinking
Experience designing for lifecycle or CRM programs
Motion or basic animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, GIFs)
