*What You?ll Do*
* Drive sales through in-store and *outbound sales calls* * Promote mobile plans, devices, accessories, and protection plans * Maximize revenue through multi-line activations and value-adds * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets * Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships * Accurately process activations and transactions using telecom systems
*What We?re Looking For*
* *Telecom sales experience required* (TELUS, Rogers, Bell, or similar preferred) * Comfortable making *outbound sales calls* * Strong communication and closing skills * Goal-driven, self-motivated, and commission-focused * Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Hourly pay:* $18.00 ? $20.00 per hour (based on experience) * *Commission:* Earn commission on gross profit * *Schedule:* Full-time, *30?44 hours per week* * Flexible Schedule, PTO and Health Benefits!
