*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various residential spaces. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working with a partner, or independently to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in assigned areas * Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards * Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely * Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed * Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistent quality * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly * Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout scheduled shifts * Must have reliable transportation for work
*Skills*
* Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks effectively * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures is advantageous * Reliable time management skills to adhere to scheduled shifts * This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe environment while gaining valuable experience. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
