We are looking for an energetic, experienced warehouse professional who not only excels in day-to-day operations but is motivated to identify opportunities for improvement and help implement positive change. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, looks for better ways to do things, and contributes ideas that strengthen efficiency, organization, and overall performance within our warehouse.
*Daily Activities*
Shipping & Receiving:
* Receiving inbound stock orders by physically counting and putting away product * Picking orders accurately using paper pick slips and/or scanners * Ship orders of all sizes, from small boxes to large pallets * Load and stage pallets using a forklift * Obtain freight quotes and schedule pick-ups * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Act as a reliable, professional voice on the warehouse floor * Supporting the sales team requests while maintaining warehouse priorities
Inventory Management:
* Organize inventory locations and maintain orderly stock * Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies * Identify and address picking errors or mis-ships * Spot inefficiencies and help improve processes
*Requirements*
* 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment * Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and performing physically repetitive tasks * Strong organizational skills * Excellent attention to detail * Forklift experience * Strong communication skills
Hours: -Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, with one hour of break time -All Stat Holidays and weekends off
