*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs * Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Provide product knowledge on related merchandise * Maintain the visual presentation of the store through effective merchandising and organization * Support inventory management by stocking shelves and organizing displays * Assist with e-commerce orders and ensure timely processing of online sales * Offer multilingual support to accommodate diverse customer needs (if applicable) * Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing solutions to enhance their shopping experience * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment
*Skills*
* Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures * Strong customer service and communication skills in English (multilingual abilities are a plus) * Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and related products * Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering preferred * Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
Pay: $18.25-$20.85 per hour
