Lead a team. Drive quality. Make an impact. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee a produce repacking and packaging team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Location: Southeast Calgary, AB Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent Pay: Starting at $23/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (weekends as required) What You'll Do • Lead and support production associates • Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications • Perform quality inspections and communicate concerns • Maintain food safety, packaging, and labelling standards • Conduct inventory and cycle counts • Manage daily labour requirements • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe • Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and customer service teams • Identify issues and implement solutions proactively What We're Looking For • Supervisory or team lead experience • Previous fresh produce experience (required) • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, or food safety programs is an asset • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day • CSA-approved safety boots required • Forklift or warehouse experience is an asset Why Apply? • Temporary-to-permanent opportunity • Competitive pay • Supportive team environment • Career growth opportunities • Strong focus on safety and training Apply today and take the next step in your leadership career.
