MAX Heating & Air Conditioning is a fast-growing, family-owned mechanical contractor serving residential, commercial, restoration, and institutional clients throughout Alberta.
We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in HVAC cleaning or are looking to start a new career, we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn * Take pride in providing excellent customer service * Be dependable, punctual, and professional * Have strong communication skills * Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License (Non-GDL) * Have a clean driver's abstract * Be able to pass a criminal background check * Have reliable transportation to and from our office in Edmonton * Be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
*Previous HVAC cleaning, restoration, construction, mechanical, or service experience is considered a strong asset and will be compensated accordingly.*
Responsibilities
As an HVAC Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Driving company vehicles to residential and commercial job sites * Communicating professionally with customers before, during, and after service * Performing HVAC system cleaning in accordance with NADCA standards and MAX Heating procedures * Cleaning ductwork, furnaces, rooftop units, coils, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment * Assisting with commercial, restoration, and specialty cleaning projects * Completing required job documentation and checklists * Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools * Representing MAX Heating professionally at all times
