Who we need Reporting to the Supervisor, Sample Logistics, we are hiring a Service Centre Customer Service Representative for our St. John's Service Centre. This is a full-Time, 1-Year Contract  with potential for permanent employment. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, shipping and logistics, and sample management. You will be the face of our local operation, greeting clients, answering questions, preparing sample shipments, coordinating bottle orders, and ensuring environmental samples arrive safely and on time for laboratory testing. This existing role is based in our St. John’s, Newfoundland office, expected to work on-site 5 days a week. What's in it for you Meaningful work. You will receive incoming environmental samples, verify documentation, log information into Bureau Veritas systems, and prepare shipments for transportation to our laboratories. You will ensure samples are packed correctly, protected from damage, and shipped within required timelines. Deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet clients visiting the service centre, answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates regarding sample shipments and bottle orders. Coordinate bottle orders and inventory. You will prepare and ship bottle orders to clients across Newfoundland and Labrador, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered within required timeframes.
