*We?re Hiring: Outside Sales Representative ? GTA / Southern Ontario*
Spectra is a fast-growing, ISO-certified aluminum parts supplier with 5 facilities across Ontario and head office in Bradford. We?re expanding and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
*What you?ll do:*
* Build and grow business across the GTA and Southern Ontario * Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects?from decision-makers to the shop floor * Identify new opportunities and expand Spectra?s market presence * Travel regularly to meet clients and support accounts in person * Deliver strong service and act as a trusted advisor
*What we?re looking for:*
* Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development * Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel regularly * Manufacturing industry experience is an asset (aluminum experience is a plus)
