CellKonnect is looking for a motivated, customer-focused *Retail Sales Associate* with *Rogers/Fido wireless sales experience* to join our growing team.
*Responsibilities*
* Sell Rogers and Fido wireless products, plans, upgrades, accessories, and home internet. * Deliver outstanding customer service and recommend the best solutions for customers. * Process activations, upgrades, payments, and transactions accurately using POS systems. * Promote and upsell phones, accessories, protection plans, and other services. * Maintain store presentation, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness. * Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone professionally. * Achieve individual and team sales targets while staying up to date on current promotions.
*Requirements*
* *Previous Rogers/Fido wireless sales experience is required.* * Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills. * Experience with POS systems and cash handling. * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. * Basic computer and math skills. * Punjabi, Hindi, or other languages are an asset.
