*What You?ll Be Doing*
* Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all projects. * Provide daily safety support to project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. * Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and COR requirements. * Lead orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings. * Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses. * Maintain safety records, training logs, and reports. * Support return-to-work and injury management programs.
*What You Bring to the Role*
* Minimum 3?5 years of construction safety experience. * Strong understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations and BC construction safety requirements. * Valid Class 5 Driver's License. * NCSO, CSO, CRSP, COR Auditor, or equivalent designation preferred. * Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or Certificate preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
