Compensation
* *$19.00 per hour* * Plus a competitive, uncapped commission structure tied to new business you bring in. * Top performers can earn $90,000 - $110,000 + total annually. * Full commission plan details will be shared during the interview process. * Ongoing opportunities for advancement as the company continues to expand.

* Static Security Guard Services * Mobile Patrol Services * Alarm Response Services * Construction Site Security * Commercial & Industrial Security * Concierge & Residential Security * Event Security * Self-Powered Remote CCTV Surveillance Systems * Customized Security Solutions for Businesses and Property Managers
Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling. * Meet with prospective clients to discuss their security needs. * Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations. * Develop long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, residential, and government clients. * Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. * Represent the company at networking events and community functions. * Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and identify new market opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. * Comfortable networking and developing new business. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
