Fisherman?s Market is looking for a reliable, customer?focused *AGM/Seafood Shop Keyholder* to support daily operations at our Metro Vancouver locations. With seven shops across the province, we?re known for high?quality seafood, strong community relationships, and a team that genuinely loves what we do.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands?on retail environment, takes pride in both exceptional service and quality products. *Ideal candidates can work at both our Burnaby and West Vancouver locations as needed.*
*What You?ll Do*
* Open and/or close the shop, ensuring smooth daily operations * Support staff on shift and help maintain a positive, efficient work environment * Deliver outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge * Assist with, merchandising, and maintaining store standards * Handle cash, point?of?sale duties, and end?of?day procedures * Engage with customers and promote sales through friendly, informed interactions
*What You Bring*
* A passion for great food, great service, and great people * Experience in retail, food service, or customer?facing roles * Seafood knowledge or fish cutting skills are an asset, but we?re happy to train the right person * Strong communication and relationship?building skills * Reliability, accountability, and comfort working independently when needed * A proactive, solutions?oriented mindset * Flexibility to work at *both Metro Vancouver locations*
