We are seeking a friendly and efficient *Full Time* *Barista/Part Time Customer Service *team member to create a welcoming environment for our customers. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced food service setting. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in the coffee shop, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
*Duties*
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation * Latte art and Espresso dialing is a must have skill * *Operate POS systems, including Clover, accurately handling cash and credit transactions* * Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer questions about menu items * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety practices * Assist with food preparation and serving as needed to ensure timely service * Manage multiple tasks efficiently using strong time management skills during busy periods * Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures * Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to maintain inventory levels
*Barista Certificate is highly preferred*
